Do you suffer from chronic pain in the back, shoulders and neck? Do you feel stressed or anxious?

If you feel any of these, then the ancient Chinese practise of Tai Chi can help you, and this is a **FREE introduction to this amazing exercise.

ABOUT YI JIN JING**
Come and join with Master Wang Jing to explore and experience the magic of Yi Jin Jing, which is described as "meditated holistic tendon movements". The routine (set of 12 forms), when practised continuously, takes about 10 minutes, and it is a practice that can easily be fitted into any schedule.

Here is a video clip of a class, and this gives you some idea of what you will be introduced to:

The Yi jin Jing means literally: "Muscle/Tendon Change Classic" and it is a series of exercises, coordinated with breathing, said to "enhance physical health dramatically when practised consistently. In Chinese yi means "change", jin means "tendons and sinews", while jing means "methods".

Some people consider that this is a form of Qigong and it is a relatively intense form of exercise that aims at strengthening the muscles and tendons, so promoting "strength and flexibility, speed and stamina, balance and coordination of the body."

Yi Jin Jing features extended, soft and even movements being graceful, and puts its focus on the turning and flexing of the spine, thus invigorating the limbs and internal organs. These movements have been proven to improve health and fitness, prevent diseases, lengthen life and improve the intellect. In particular, The practice of Yi Ji Jing exercises has some very impressive effects on the respiratory system, flexibility, balance and muscular strength. It can also prevent and cure diseases of the joints, digestive system, cardiovascular system and nervous system.

ABOUT TAI CHI
As a senior, I did a few courses of Tai Chi and found it really worked wonders for several things. As we age, we seem to stiffen up and also our balance is not as good as when we were younger. - Tai Chi helped me with both these things.

That is not to say that it is only helpful for seniors, as it is recognised that Tai Chi has many health benefits for people of all ages.

We were taught that Tai Chi should never hurt, unlike many other exercise regimes where it is sometimes said "no pain, no gain". For me, Tai Chi is a very gentle, soothing type of exercise that leaves me feeling somehow much better both mentally and physically.

TESTIMONIAL**
This is just a small part of a testimonial sent to the Master:
"We are being taught by Master Wang in Mandurah. I cannot speak highly enough of this humble, experienced man, who twice weekly gently pushes you to achieve what you can for your body in a correct way. Yi Jin Jing focuses on stretching your tendons and conditioning your mind".
