My partner and I had been meaning to check out Taco Bill (located in Bacchus Marsh) for some time. My partner had never been to a Taco Bill before and I had only been to the Taco Bill in Sunbury once before. It was a little difficult to find, it's up a winding dirt road on top of a hill, however, it has a spectacular view.
Entré: A small bowl of corn chips and salsa.
The serving staff brought this over as soon as we were seated. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Meal 1: Quesadillas with Herbed Chicken.
This is a big meal and it's very filling.
Meal 2: La Combinación (with Herbed Chicken) and Sunrise Margarita.
Due to the fact that I have a dairy intolerance, I had to change my order to three tacos, and the staff were super helpful and accommodating about this (The menu also has gluten-free and vegetarian options as well). The herbed chicken was really good, and the combination of soft-tacos, a hard-taco, and rice were filling.
Dessert: Sticky Mexican Pudding.
It looks like a sticky-date pudding, however, it's not nearly as heavy as an Australian-style sticky-date pudding. It's more of a light sponge. It's also delicious.
All in all, excellent service and delicious food that was served super quickly, happy to recommend.
