returns to Malvern Gardens on Saturday 28 February, featuring special guests and Australian indie favourites The Blackeyed Susans Trio with renowned singer-songwriter Rob Snarski, and celebrated community orchestra Stonnington Symphony , conducted by Simon Thew.

Enjoy an evening of free live symphonic music amid leafy garden surrounds; just pack a picnic rug and some bites to eat and you're all set for a superb night out.





Your host for the evening will be Sian Prior , a singer, columnist for The Age, RMIT University teacher and former ABC Radio presenter.

While soaking up the soulful sounds of 'The Susans', as they are popularly known, and Stonnington Symphony's classical notes, take a few minutes to wander over to the information tent and look into joinining the Friends of Stonnington Symphony . Your $20 annual membership will support this non-profit community organisation (and registered charity) to continue to develop the talents of instrumentalists, conductors and composers, and to bring audiences professional, accessible and affordable performances. What's more, you'll enjoy discounted concert tickets all year round.

is presented by the City of Stonnington and is the finale to the council's series of free outdoor summer concerts for 2015.
