Here are just some of the unique items in store:

Nomads of the Australian Desert, Charles P. Mountford, 1976, first edition.

A seminal work on the first nation's people, a work of profound scholarship, this has become the classic in its field.

Sydney Cove: Australia's First Five Years. Vol 1 1788; Vol 2 1789-1790; Vol 3 1791-1792 (3 volumes in slipcase),

John Cobley, 1980. These outstanding scholarly works are first hand records of how the people in the Colony of NSW lived from day to day during the early years. They have been compiled entirely from contemporary sources: ships logs, diaries and journals, hardships and privations endured by all members of the settlement were very severe, particularly in the early years.

John Gould in Australia: Letters & Drawings, Ann Datta, 1997, first edition.

Part 1-- John Gould, His Life and Times; Part 2 - Letters, Manuscripts and Drawings. Lovers of Gould's art will find this book illuminating, while all of those interested in the history of ornithology will welcome it as an indispensable reference work.

Recording The Beatles: The Studio Equipment and Techniques used to create their Classic Albums, Kevin Ryan & Brian Kehew, 2006, first edition.

The 540-page book was in the making for over ten years. Never before has there been such an absolutely thorough and definitive look at how the Beatles albums were recorded. Years of research and extensive interviews with the group's former engineers and technicians shed new light on those classic sessions.

Posters of Picasso, 1957, edited by J.K. Foster, first edition. Published with the approval of the artist, this volume contains 24 lithographic reproductions of virtually all of Picasso's significant work in this field.

The posters are faithfully reproduced in his original colours.

Céramiques de Picasso, 1948, text by Suzanne and Georges Ramie in French.

18 tipped in colour photos. This book is a reminder of the immense sweep of Picasso's skills, as he decorates his platters with panache

The Treasures of Vincent Van Gogh, 2007, Cornelia Homburg.

"This book presents Van Gogh's life and work by exploring his ideas and the central themes of his oeuvre. The facsimiles included provide insight into the world that Van Gogh lived in and the thoughts he expressed in his letters".

Vincent Van Gogh: The Drawings, 2005, Ives, Stein, Sjraar van Heugten, Vellekoop, first edition second printing, dustjacket.

The volume contains reproductions of 120 works in charcoal, ink, graphite, watercolour and diluted oils. It also includes a small selection of van Gogh's paintings which are used to show the pivotal role drawing played in the conception and execution those works.

Australia at War: Drawings at the Front, A Winter Record on the Somme and at Ypres, During the Campaigns of 1916 and 1917. Will Dyson, 1918, first edition.

Normandy to the Baltic,1947, the personal account of the Conquest of Germany by Field-Marshal the Viscount Montgomery of Alamein, first edition. Carries in sleeves constructed on front and back inside covers 3 diagrams and 46 coloured maps, meticulously illustrating the progress of the war. Also includes a copy of a letter from "Ike" (Eisenhower) to "Monty" (Viscount Montgomery), on 8 June 1945.

Legs-Eleven: Being the story of the 11th Battalion (A.I.F) in the Great War of 1914-1918, 1992, Captain Walter C. Belford. Condition fine.

The Dunera Scandal: Deported by Mistake, 1990, Cyril Pearl. Limited Edition, numbered 113/120, signed by Paddy Pearl and Peter Lesky. This is the story of the great wrong inflicted on thousands of refugees who were fleeing Nazi aggression.
