When in the region try Tyrrell's Vineyard or Tower Estate Wines in the Lower Hunter Valley, or head along to Pyramid Hill in the Upper Hunter Valley.

Hawkesbury Nepean is home to some boutique vineyards that are helping revive the region. As well as wines this is also a great region for delicious varieties of fruit. The Southern highlands are known for their different blends. Here you'll try pinot gris, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, or merlot.
