Quality sushi and Japanese food belongs in Sydney. To get my hit of fresh sashimi and quality green tea ice cream, I always need to wait until I can come up to Sydney for whatever reason, and within good reason too. Sushi in the city is just fantastic, and the Wynyard area in particular packs some good quality, wholesome and filling sushi.

To start off this discussion on the best take away sushi in Sydney, Asahi Sushi and Ark Sushi are two very high quality sushi establishments. You can turn up there at 5pm on any given day and still find the sushi to be fresh and the rice not too grainy, and yet for an amazing price. It just fills the spot until dinnertime. Any sushi with chicken teriyaki, salmon and avocado are the winners for me.

Now what about you? Where do you believe Sydney's best takeaway sushi rolls can be purchased from? Looking more for the taste and flavours, as well as the generosity of fillings rather than the price, because sushi is quite cheap anywhere. Where is Sydney's best take-away sushi?
