Just because you've got kids, it doesn't mean you can't have a nice night out for dinner. There are plenty of good restaurants in Sydney where you can also bring the kids along. We've already asked about some of the best child friendly cafes, but now we're looking for eateries to grab some dinner. From kids' menus to free meals for under 12s, we want to know where you've experienced good child-friendly dining.

Bench Cafe in Manly transforms into a fun fajita and margarita bar by night. It may seem like it is more for partying than feeding the kids, but this is actually a great place to bring children along. Bench offer special kids fajitas, and also nights when kids can eat free. It is a fun place to eat for both adults and kids, and helps kids experience different cuisines.

For Italian rather than Mexican, you might enjoy heading to Casa di Nico's Italian Restaurant. You'll find them at King Street Wharf, and they have good Italian food for everyone. There is a kids menu of pizza, chicken and chips, lasagne, or spaghetti. Kids will also love the mocktails on offer that help make them feel a little more special.

Pancakes On the Rocks is another good place to eat with the kids. This place mainly specialises in tasty pancakes for breakfast, lunch, or dessert, but there are still dinner options. You can enjoy salads, gourmet pizzas, ribs, steak, or fish, and there are cheeseburgers for the kids. The kids menu here isn't too varied, but they're likely to enjoy some of the stuff on the regular menu, and they'll love the pancakes for dessert.

Heading to Chinatown you'll also be able to find plenty of places to eat, that are all very child friendly. Whether its the food courts that don't discriminate, or the restaurants that will fawn over your kids. If your children enjoy Asian food then this is a great casual place to eat. There is usually a pretty good range of options, and everyone should be able to find something they'll enjoy.

Try Some Dumplings in Chinatown

So whatever type of food you and your kids like, we're sure there are some great child-friendly places to eat. We just need you to tell us where to find them. So what places are child-friendly, and what places serve food that your children just love? Let us know so we can find the best place to eat with kids in Sydney.
