Restaurants all over Sydney are offering special Mothers' Day high teas so spoil Mum on her special day. But you'd better get in quickly, as bookings fill up fast.

Boronia Tea Room

If elegance, grandeur and atmosphere is what you're looking for then Boronia Tea Room in the very grand Mosman mansion, Boronia House, will make the perfect setting for your Mothers Day. After a major refurbishment the historic house opened its doors for the fine art of high tea in 2012, and its Mothers Day Weekend High Teas will be a real treat. Feast on fine finger food from their usual high tea menu, along with Chandon bubbly, coffee, tea and homemade sweets to take home. and it's not just confined to Sunday. Their package is available on Saturday too.

Novotel Mothers Day Mad Hatter's High Tea Party

Want something a little bit more whimsical? Novotel Sydney Olympic Park and Dilmah tea have joined forces for the Mad Hatter's High Tea Party, and it's guaranteed to be a happier experience than Alice's. David Jones

The David Jones Mothers Day High Tea is in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and special guests include celebrity chef, Manu Fieldel. Guests will enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival, sandwiches, sweet treats, tea and coffee, all served on fine Wedgewood china. Everyone will receive a gift bag of $100 worth of goodies, too. Philanthropy, food and freebies - a winning combination.

MoS Cafe

The Museum of Sydney Cafe is well known for its delectable high teas. Their special Mothers Day Weekend High Tea includes all their usual favourites (sandwiches, tea and petits fours), Chandon bubbly, and a bonus box of homemade treats to take home. They think it's so special that they're offering this menu on Saturday, as well as Sunday
