They stock a lot of books, but they also have a huge range of Magazines that line their shelves. Published Art import a lot of magazines, to make sure that you've always got access to all of the international prints, and they have air freight shipments to get them to you quickly. Whether you're into things that look pretty, or just structurally sound buildings, there are some great magazines to browse through and buy.
Of course you don't have to find dedicated magazine stores to keep your magazine stocks high. There are plenty of bookstores and newsagencies that stock a whole manner of magazines. If you're looking for an interesting range then why not check out Kinokuniya or Ariel Books, we're sure you know some other great bookstores with good magazine collections. It's not in Sydney, but there is a newsagency at Erina Fair on the Central Coast opposite Coles that sells Wet Ink and a few other writing magazines, as well as many others - it does not just sell the tabloidish type ones or extremely popular ones, it seems to attempt to cover a variety of interests and bases, and even sells some newspapers in other languages. I tend to get some of my magazines there but others I have to order online from the website if I want to investigate them before submitting.
