Despite Facebook and other technologies, many people still wish to express their best wishes and feelings on and in a card. From a congratulations to a birthday, Christmas or even a get well card. Card shops seem to have more choices; they have it all with home wares and other gifts also available for purchase.

My favourite would be a card shop called Page 2 right near Town Hall Station at the Queen Victoria Building. And why you might ask?

The card range is extensive. This shop feels opulent and well presented. The staff have challenges keeping up with the movement of stock. The card choices are so diverse; if you are into sending greeting cards to people you will feel like you are in heaven.

Now over to you, where is Sydney's best card shop and why?

I like The Paper Place on Elizabeth St, next door to David Jones. Great selection of cards, invitations, gift wrap and unique gifts.
