Food savvy?

Then join the Sydney Seafood School (SSS) in one (or many) of their exciting cooking classes during April. Not only do students learn to cook scrumptious meals from all corners of the world, they are also invited to a sit-down meal sampling their masterpieces paired with a complimentary matching wine afterwards.

Established in 1989, the SSS has become one of Australia's top cooking schools, teaching local, interstate and overseas cooking fanatics and food lovers. The cooking classes typically start with the attendees watching a demonstration of the dishes to be made in the School's auditorium. Then guests are guided and assisted as they recreate these dishes before sitting down to enjoy their awesome creations.

There are plenty of classes in to suit all appetites so read on for what's on in April. And if you see something that tickles your tastebuds, then make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
