Great Park for Kids, Grown Ups and Pets
Whilst driving to visit a friend, I accidentally came across Sydney Park. As I love exploring new places to go with my son, I stopped to check it out. And what a surprise. Situated at the corner of Sydney Park Road and King Street, St Peter's, this park has so much to offer to kids of all ages.

You will find several slides of different heights, swings, climbing frame, a walk bridge and also a couple of elevated sandpits with water tap at one side, so children can wet the sand and build sandcastles.

Parents can relax at The Kiosk, while children ride their scooters, bikes or skateboards around or play ball games at the oval.
Sydney Park kiosk serves gourmet snacks, salads, kids toasties, coffee, smoothies and much more. It is open 7am – 4pm 7 days a week including most public holidays.

The park is an ideal place for kids birthday parties, as there is plenty for children to do and catering can be provided by The Kiosk. Other services include a cartoonist, hoola hoop party, face painter, bubble man, walk stilts or tight rope and fairy hunt in the garden. Find out more about Sydney Park Kiosk

A popular hangout for mothers' groups, The Kiosk provides rugs for those who prefer to picnic. Sunscreen is also available on hot days and umbrellas are available on rainy days.

Amenities include family friendly and wheelchair accessible toilets with plenty of room to move and change nappies.

The park is also pet friendly with bubblers and bowls located near the café. Dogs can run and play off leash. Every Saturday morning at 10am the Council runs dog training and offers free doggie advice.

Sydney Park is definitely worth visiting. Children have plenty of open spaces to run around and equipment to climb, while parents relax and enjoy a quiet cuppa.
