The annual Hyde Park
Food & Wine Fair is on this Saturday from 12pm to 5pm.
Over 100 different restaurants, cafes, and winemakers will be hosting stalls and selling their best wares at (what is supposed to be) a fraction of the usual price.
It's a fantastic opportunity to taste some gourmet gob from eateries around town which would usually break the bank.
The first cork will be popped at 12pm, with food and wine being served until 2pm, as the chefs need to get back to the kitchen to prepare for the evening custom.
The entertainment will continue until 5pm so you can lounge about digesting for an hour or two.
Why? Lots of gourmet food & wine at a reasonable price in a nice setting. Sounds good to me.
