Based on the Botany Bay restaurant of the same name, this is another truck that will be high on the fancy, with every menu item being organic.
You can expect gourmet pizzas with wagyu beef meatball, percorino and basil as well as scallops with Spencer Gulf prawns on a base of the ancient grain spelt.

They have taken the literal approach of naming this one which will be packed with pastizzis - Maltese pastries of all different flavours including spinach and ricotta, salmon and dill, cherry and apple and chocolate mousse.
If the meaty treats don't do it for you, fear not, The Veggie Patch will be here. Producing quality vegetarian meals with products sourced from local growers, the menu will have dishes such as tofu burgers coated in lemongrass and chilli with beetroot relish, tomatoes, and caramelised onions, felafel rolls and mixed veggie chips.
Council approved sites for the trucks currently include Victoria Park in Camperdown, Queen's Square and Hyde Park North, with many more sites set to be approved in and around the city area.
