It is advisable to train before hand. There are various running clubs popping up in and around Sydney to assist. Welcome to the Sydney running season. Ensure you are prepared for this Hyde Park to Bondi Beach adventure with 'Heartbreak Hill' in between. And watch out for those Smurfs and dogs at Rose Bay along the way.

Then you're in luck. Roland K Smith and the Sinners will call The Sandringham Hotel home at Newtown this month, as they launch their new debut album. Enjoy a mixture of rock 'n' roll, country and punk music to name.
