This August, Sydney Olympic Park will celebrate our incredible Deaf Culture with the Sydney Deaf Festival.

The Free family-friendly and dog-friendly Festival will be held on Saturday, 26th August. Everyone is welcome to come along and celebrate the Deaf community’s rich culture, language, history and achievements with a jam-packed program of entertainment, performances from Deaf artists, market stalls, Deaf businesses and service providers, food and drink stalls, and much more.

Highlights at the Festival will include:

Live performances from Deaf artists

Workshops including an introduction to Auslan

Child-friendly activities, including face painting

Market stalls and exhibitors showcasing Deaf businesses, services and initiatives

Food stalls will include sweets, coffee, international food, vegan and a sausage sizzle.

There will be something for everyone at the Festival, be sure to save the date!
This is a bilingual event with interpreters available.
