Top school holiday activity
School holidays are fast approaching and thoughts of "What do I do with my kids, where can they go?" is the stuff of nightmares. Don't pull your hair out or stress about trying to occupy their days. The Sydney Cooking School offers hands on cooking classes for children from 6 to 18 years.
The classes are catered for different age groups in a fun atmosphere run by professional chefs. The kids will have fun making tasty items of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There will also be enough to take home to impress the family.
There are also 2 hour classes for the 10 – 12 year group who may cook ravioli, empanadas, pasta and more. For the teens, there is a 3 hour class cooking up impressive international dishes, delectable entrees and mouth-watering desserts.
Places fill quickly for these classes so book soon.
Birthday party cooking classes can also be held at The Sydney Cooking School. The birthday child will be made extra special by working as the Chef's assistant and everyone participates in creating dishes. For the under 10 year olds, the party is 1.5 hours. For kids 10 years and over, the party is 2 hours. Check their website for further details.
Mothers Day is not far away and can be another stressful event where families pull their hair out trying to decide what gift to give their gorgeous mum that she will cherish. The Sydney Cooking School has gift vouchers valid for a year from the date of purchase, giving your mum plenty of time to consider which class to attend.
