Bigger, funnier and unmissable
Sydney Comedy Festival 2018, Sydney Comedy Festival Gala Performances, Enmore Theatre, Comedy at the Opera House, Freshies at the Comedy Fest.

It's set to be bigger, funnier and unmissable. The Sydney Comedy Festival for 2018 will have you in stitches with 210 side-splitting performances spread across four awesome weeks between April 23rd and May 20th.

The Sydney Comedy Festival 2018 kicks off with the Sydney Comedy Festival Gala over 3 nights at 4 spectacular venues.

Then there's an amazingly diverse comedic clan of awesomely entertaining international artists. The UK stars include Ross Noble, Stephen K Amos, Jonathan Pie, Paul Chowdhry and Jamali Maddix; and US performers include Michael Che, Shawn Wayans, Tom Segura and Ari Shaffir to name a few!

Plus South Africa makes a brilliant appearance this year with the South African All-Stars show featuring five of South Africa's finest comedians Tumi Morake, John Vlismas, Alfred Aidriaan, Robby Collins and Dusty Rich.

Of course, we've not forgotten our own homegrown local talent, such as Kitty Flanagan, Aunty Donna, Matt Okine, Tom Gleeson, Doug Anthony All Stars, Cal Wilson, Fiona O'Loughlin, Joel Creasey and Lawrence Mooney amongst many others.

An exciting line-up of 12 emerging comedians will make up this year's FRESH program and Frolicking Hilarious will be there too, representing the comedic world's view on Women's Rights.

This year's festival also caters for families with a fun-filled children's program as part of the opening weekend. Performers will include Mr Snot Bottom, Nikki Britton as Grandma, Debbie Zukerman and Alicia Gonzalez with You'll Never Guess Where I Hid the Cheese, Madeleine Culp and Shane Matheson with Aunty Plop Plop's Useless Shop, and a headline performance from Kid/Dub, the masterminds behind the popular adults' dance parties, Hot Dub Time Machine.

Go to the Sydney Comedy Festival website for the full program and ticketing details and for all the latest, 'like' the Facebook.
