is the brainchild of accomplished Sydney based professional photographer Carol D'Amici .

Carol, an accredited photographer with extensive experience in adult learning programs, developed in 2011, whilst completing a Photo Imaging Course at Ultimo TAFE.



Initially Carol desired to specialise in aiding tourists and over the past three years she has conducted a range of private photography and sightseeing tours around some of Sydney's most iconic locations.

In 2013, Carol decided to expand and for the first is now hosting a range of photography tours for all levels in diverse locations, including Sydney City, The Rocks, Cockatoo Island and Chowder Bay.



These unique photography tour experiences are open to anyone interested in beginner, advanced and creative photography. Carol has over 13 years' experience as a professional photographer and is keen to impart her specialist knowledge.

It does not matter if you have a simple 'point and shoot' camera or a digital SLR; Carol will ensure each participant receives personalised one-on-one advice, so they are able to use their camera to its fullest potential.



Each tour group will consist of just 6 participants or less and as the guided tour progresses, participants will be encouraged to experiment with the advanced settings of their respective cameras. In particular, participants will become more confident using aperture, shutter speed, ISO settings and more.

Throughout the duration of the 3 hour tour, Carol will be on hand to help you take that 'perfect shot' in each location and you'll also be supplied with specific 'class notes' so you can continue to learn to use your camera long after the tour has concluded.

Sydney's Shipwrecks at Homebush Bay 5 April, 31 May and 21 June
Cockatoo Island 30 March and 19 April
Sydney Night Photography 3 & 17 April, 1,15 & 29 May, 12 & 26 June
As the tour group size is relatively small, early bookings are highly recommended.



UPDATE: Enrolment has also just opened for the VIVID photos tours.

For just over two weeks, Sydney showcases the largest light spectacular in the southern hemisphere and to coincide with this annual event Carol will host evening tutorials commencing on Friday 23rd May and Friday 30th May, from 6pm to 8pm .

The meeting place will be Dawes Point Park on Hickson Road and these classes are open to all; from beginners and fully fledged experts.

In these special classes all standard night photography tuition will be covered and participants will also be given the opportunity to shoot the VIVID light installations around the harbour and the shipwrecks at Homebush Bay with personalised tuition along the way.

This unique photography experience is priced at $40pp.
