There are plenty of great options to keep the kids entertained to see out the final month of Spring in Sydney. These events are also great for kids, yet have that family friendly feel thrown in. Taroonga Zoo is putting on a show for kids to be able to see and experience a myriad of different dinosaurs, from the Triceratops, Dilophosaurus, and for the largest of them all the thrilling Tyrannosaurus Rex. 2. Sydney Symphony Family Classics # 2
This event is recommended for kids aged five years plus. A punchy storyline about a ship and exotic dancers performing for a russian prince. The play is designed to let imaginations run wild, for both parents and their kids. After the play/concert, all kids will receive an opportunity to get up close to the musical instruments and meet the musicians involved. 3. Pixar: Behind The Screens
As part of the graphics festival on at the Sydney Opera House. An opportunity to learn more about Finding Nemo, Toy Story and Monsters Inc. to name. A fun and educational experiences for kids and their parents alike. Fans of such films will be able to go behind the scenes and be mesmerised with over 25 years of groundbreaking work. 4. Dr Seuss Meets Elefant Traks

Dr Seuss is a children's book legend, and the Sydney Opera House will be home to over 25 musical performances from The Herd, Hermitude, Sietta, Joelistics and Unkle Ho to name s part of Dr Seuss Meets Elefant Traks. Musical collective Elefant Traks will be taking over the graphical component and will perform a number of musical notes in honour of Dr Seuss, author of such books including The Cat in the Hat. This event will be held on Sunday the 11th of November 2012.
5. Peter Bagge's HATE! and Other Neat Stuff
A popular cartoonist will bring the best of his cartoons and comics to life as part of the Sydney Opera House Graphics festival on Remembrance Day this year. Further information can be found by clicking here.
6. Frog Day at Wirrimbirra Sanctuary
Many kids in Sydney love frogs as pets. A perfect opportunity to learn more abouts frogs, and how to attract them into your garden. Displays and activities for the kids will also be available. Such displays include frog friendly plants. Other animals are also available to view at the sanctuary. Entry into the sanctuary is free. Donations are advised.
7. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

8. Schools Spectacular 2012
