Get in the swing of things this Easter

Melbourne Zoo, one of Melbourne's Iconic places to go whether you're travelling, having a family day out or just wanting to fill in your day.

Located in Parkville, the Melbourne Zoo is laid over acres of land, filled with Animals from here, there and everywhere. Most probably even with your favourite animal, too.

Zoo's Victoria is Fighting Extinction. This is a well developed not-for-profit organisation, fighting wildlife extinction and developing breeding and recovery programs for threatened species, while working with both visitors and supporters to reduce further threats facing these endangered wildlife.

This Easter Holidays you should find some time to visit their Orang-utans and watch the family close up in their tree top home, including the viewing of the newest member baby Dewi.

An opportunity lies ahead to walk the elevated boardwalk of the Orang-utan sanctuary and watch them climb, swing and feed.

Keepers will be there for daily talks and you can learn how you can contribute to help save the Orang-utans in the wild.
