The West Australian Symphony Orchestra are gearing up for the hugely popular Swing On This show which comes to Perth Concert Hall for two nights only - Friday 16 and Saturday 17 June.Get ready to hear some old classics from Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé as well as swing takes on popular songs from Oasis, Robbie Williams and even The Proclaimers!Front man Michael Falzon (We Will Rock You) returns to Perth with his fellow Australian stage and screen stars Luke Kennedy (The Voice), Rob Mills (Wicked) and Ben Mingay (Wonderland) for this spectacular live show.Conductor Vanessa Scammell, who has conducted some of Australian music's most celebrated artists including Teddy Tahu Rhodes and Kate Ceberano, leads WASO in their performance of swing hits including 'Feeling Good' and 'New York, New York' and well swung renditions of 'Wonderwall' and 'Tainted Love'.This fresh take on swing will leave you wanting more and is sure to delight audiences of all ages.Tickets now available through WASO for two performances with prices starting from only $49.
