This crispy pig's tail dish consisted of sheets of crackling, complemented perfectly with the sweetness of grapes and pickled mushrooms.
Watermelon and tuna were an unexpected combination, served dramatically on a slab of pink himalayan salt. The crunch of the watermelon and the tender chunks of raw tuna sashimi were amazing.
Another winning combination...perfectly seared scallops with melt-in-your-mouth black pudding.
Swine & Co's signature dish is the suckling pig, complete with crispy crackling and milk-in-your-mouth meat, served with a refreshing shaved fennel salad.
The pork belly, with its tooth-shatteringly crispy crackling, layers of fat and succulent tender meat, is another not-to-be-missed dish.
One of Swine & Co's more unique cocktail offerings is the "Swine Smash" - Havana Rum, Mint, Pineapple finished with a strip of crispy candied pancetta.
