One of the highlights of the programme is 'Everything Sugar' with Damon Gameau from '
That Sugar Film' and
David Gillespie, author of 'Sweet Poison'. Damon's movie on the effects of eating products with hidden sugars has successfully educated thousands of people around the world and motivated many viewers to clear out their cupboards and fridges and restock with whole foods. David Gillespie went through a life changing experience when he eliminated sugar, particularly fructose from his diet and reduced his weight by 40kg.

Health Homes will be presented by
Nicole Bijlsma, Building Biologist and author of 'Healthy Home Healthy Family' . A book which has brought awareness on what makes a home sick, how it can affect the people living in it and how to make it healthy again. Other topics to be covered are 'Becoming a High Performer in Health, Business and Life'; 'Eating Low Carb and High Fat' and 'The Importance of Gut Health'. Discussing these topics will be doctors, dietitians, naturopaths, health journalists, movement specialists and more.
