One of the highlights of the programme is 'Everything Sugar' with Damon Gameau from 'That Sugar Film' and David Gillespie, author of 'Sweet Poison'. Damon's movie on the effects of eating products with hidden sugars has successfully educated thousands of people around the world and motivated many viewers to clear out their cupboards and fridges and restock with whole foods. David Gillespie went through a life changing experience when he eliminated sugar, particularly fructose from his diet and reduced his weight by 40kg.
