This is a very quick salad to make and is packed with protein, so it'll keep you fuller for longer. It averages around 400 calories, and this recipe should serve 2, or if you're feeling really hungry go ahead and eat it all before someone else gets a chance to.
Ingredients: You can use as little or as much of each ingredient as you wish.
1. 1 tin of plain tuna in olive oil or water. 2. Cherry Tomatoes 3. Cucumber 4. Mixed salad leaves 5. 1 tin of sweetcorn 6. Salt & pepper according to taste 7. Balsamic dressing (or anything you desire)
Method: 1. Wash your salad, and transfer to a salad bowl.
2. Drain your tuna and rinse your sweetcorn. Add them to your salad.
3. Cut up the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Toss in.
4. Mix everything together, and season according to taste. There you have it, short, sweet and simple. A great salad to take to work, it'll only take 5 minutes to prepare. Enjoy.
