It does not matter how sweet of a person you are, we could all use a bit more sweetness in our life every now and then. Whether it's to lift your mood, satisfy a little craving or mend a broken heart, whatever your reason, you will be happy to know the Sweet Tooth Festival is coming very soon, brought to you by Flinders Street Market. This event will take place at the usual big blue shed on Flinders Street on August 6th and 7th from 10am to 3pm.

Browse through rows of colourful stalls selling all sorts of sweets, cakes, biscuits, luscious chocolate, toffee, slices, crunchy pastries and fudge. Vegans and raw food eaters will also be glad to know their sweet cravings will be catered for, even those with special dietary requirements (lactose and gluten free).

This sweet weekend event is also a great chance for you to savour some of Adelaide's best local produce, unique recipes and alternative treats, and as all makers will be gathered in the same spot, this is also a great chance for you to see their work and perhaps choose your next party caterer or special event cake supplier. It is certainly a one stop shop for all sweet things! There will even be non food stalls who inspire their wares and crafts on sweet things. Pair your favourite dessert with fragrant tea and fresh coffee. There's a lifetime to diet but only a weekend to enjoy the sweeter things in life.
