The Sweet Expo and Sweet Magazine are an Australian owned and operated small business.
Some of the highlights for this year include: Shop Shop for latest gadgets - spend time looking through the aisles and shop for all the latest kitchen gadgets and cake decorating tools.
Eat There will be a market filled with pop up bakeries, ice creameries, chocolatiers and more. You can eat your way through these and learn from local Australian chefs and cake decorators at hourly demonstrations on the three stages.
Among the vendors are small batch producers of everything from custom designed cake toppers to chai tea.
