Nestled among the large gum trees and bird wildlife of Victoria Park, this exercise circuit is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Workout in the fresh air with these eight shaded exercise stations located between Wakefield Street and East Terrace.

This free fitness course is accessible all year round. There are step ups, bar dips, sit-ups, hurdles, log lifts and pull-ups. There are many ways to increase or decrease the difficulty of this course. You can add lunges, sprints, and it's up to you how many repetitions of each activity you want to do or how many times you repeat the course.

There is also stretching equipment close by so you can be prepared for the exercises before you get started and if you want to add a walk or run, there is a 1.9 fitness loop.

Skip the gym and enjoy nature by getting your heart pumping, muscles burning, and sweat pouring. There are many benefits to exercising outdoors. Sunlight is important and studies have shown that exercising outdoors can increase happiness and self-esteem.

There is easy parking along Wakefield Street or East Terrace which is a short walk from the circuit. Come along with your sneakers and water bottle and enjoy this course and the surroundings.
