Pink and white and all things nice, meet Sutsa Cake Bar, a new cafe recently opened in Station St, Fairfield! As soon as you step inside the colourful cake slices hit you! Layered treats topped with mini macarons, I couldn't resist but to try one!

The chocolate orange had a nice balance of flavours and the cake layers were dense and moist! The zingy orange flavour was balanced by the rich dark chocolate and ganache. Topped with mini macarons, the cake slice had a nice texture and crunch. My aim is to try them all.

Amanda Chow and her two sisters set up the Cake bar in only two weeks! With bright pink walls and white decor and furnishings, the cake bar just pops!! Amanda is a qualified pastry chef with over seven years experience creating custom indulgent cakes.

Her passion is to make beautiful cakes and desserts that are unique. From novelty cakes to trendy dessert tables, she does it all and everything in between. I'm looking forward to my next dessert treat at Sutsa Cake Bar - "Indulge now, repent later!"
