Event:
Let's all do our piece for a longer sustainable world
The Sustainable Living Festival is on once more at the Gawler Regional Natural Resource Centre on Sunday 16th November. From 10am to 3pm experience a showcase of sustainable living ideas, organic gardening, interactive workshops, raffles and prizes and live music.

The special guests this year include Sophie Thomson from ABC Gardening Australia and cooking demonstrations from Callum and Themis from the Sprout Cooking School. In addition, Karen Montgomery from Kspace will host a DIY vertical garden workshop showing all things that are possible by going vertical.

Activities for the kids include live animals, face painting and plenty of food choices to keep them occupied. The Rotary BBQ will be roaring all day while the Festival's Café Sponsor Conversations Cafe will be providing delicious food and coffee. With pedal powered smoothies and homemade lemonade available from stalls on the day, it is unlikely that anyone will go home hungry or thirsty.
