Watch the chefs prepare the sushi right infront of you
Looking for somewhere special to dine in? Try Sushi Hotaru, a sushi train restaurant tucked away on the first floor of Midcity Arcade in Melbourne's CBD. For a restaurant with quality sushi and friendly customer service, it's surprising there aren't constant queues outside the door.

Melbourne's best kept secret is certainly Sushi Hotaru when every plate is $3, except for sashimi and a handful of exceptions, but you'd be willing to pay more for those. With soft shell crab hand-rolls, unagi, agedashi tofu among the dishes numbering over 100 that they offer, you will be spoilt for choice.

Desserts include the ever popular green tea ice cream and brown sugar mocha. When you are thirsty, you simply have to use the touch screen at your place on the bench to order a drink or even a free refill. The waitress will be over in under a minute to supply you with your order.

Watch the chefs prepare the thousands of plates right in front of you as they stand inside the sushi train as they cook the flame seared sushi. Knowing everything is freshly made and the conveyor belt is constantly being refilled by the 5 chefs makes it extra appetizing.

Don't delay, take your loved ones out today!
