is a delightful Japanese restaurant tucked away in Melbourne. Being a sushi train, this is a novel dining experience to spend with friends or family at any time throughout the day. This sushi train is both fun and affordable, with plates averaging about $3-$4 each. This is a great option for those on a budget. However, if you're one to indulge, sashimi is also on the menu. There is great variety too, including drinks, soups, desserts, and traditional side dishes such as edamame beans. With such a wide range of food on offer, there's something for everyone. Alcohol is also available for purchase.
The service is quick and prompt. You may need to queue to get in, but the wait is definitely worth it. Ordering is a breeze as they use modern touch screens for menus. Alternatively, you can just grab something off the sushi train as it goes around. All the sushi options I tried I enjoyed. On the few occasions I have been to this restaurant, I have never been disappointed. My favourite so far is the soft-shell crab roll.
The interior of the restaurant is nice and modern. While enjoying your sushi, you can also see the chefs behind the sushi train conveyer belt preparing the sushi fresh.
