Surf World Torquay is the story of surfing.


Come on down to Torquay, Geelong. Bring the children during the school holidays, visit the museum, then continue on down to the Torquay main beach for a picnic lunch or dine at one of the cafes or restaurants in the main streets of Torquay.


Surf World Museum in Torquay celebrates the story of Australian Surfing. There are colorful exhibitions, the Australian Surfing Hall of Fame, a theatre that screens surf movies, Bells Beach Trophies and more.


Come and be entertained and educated at the Surfworld Museum. There are colorful, permanent displays and temporary exhibitions displaying surfing artefacts and memorabilia. Lots of surfing heritage and beach culture to be seen and absorbed here.


At Surfworld you can experience surfing's sense of fun and you can see the changes that have taken place during the history of surfing.

Surf World is located within the Torquay Visitor Information Centre on Beach Road. Open seven days a week, 9am to 5pm.
