Have you been thinking about making some changes for a while, but don't know where or how to start? Want to action your New Year's resolutions to be fitter, lose weight, get more active or what you need to be the healthier you?
Then the Healthy Choices program may be for you. You will work with supervised UniSA students, who will help you to make a plan and support you to kick-start some healthier habits, with weekly sessions for 6 weeks.
The Healthy Choices program is a free service, based at various locations across Metropolitan Adelaide or available online.
