Have a WILD party at SuperZu

With seven levels of party packages available to choose from, SuperZu Indoor Playground makes it easy for families to enjoy everything that SuperZu has to offer.

My son's eighth birthday was the talk of the class for weeks before and especially after the party.

Are kids ready to have fun at a party? They sure are. Are parents? Welll, after shopping, chopping and mopping for my daughter's home party the previous day, I was less than enthusiastic about another party... until I walked in the door.

EASY ENTRY: SuperZu offers a separate entrance strategy for party-goers; once you are through the main entrance, turn right and let them know what party you are attending. Quick and easy entry for all party guests. I love this!

COFFEE FOR MUM: All party packages include free drink vouchers for the birthday child's parents; how amazing is that? I don't think I even put the cake down first before cashing in my voucher for some of the high-quality, trained-barista-pulled espresso based coffee from the cafe.

PARTY ROOM & RESERVED ADULT TABLES: Let's face it, there's not going to be enough room inside the party room for all parents and siblings of guests (though close; as they are generously sized rooms), so SuperZu has arranged reserved tables near the rooms for your extra guests.

ENTHUSIASTIC HOST: My party-room host took time to ask me what the special interests were of my son, checked suitability of some party quiz questions he was going to ask later, helped me with favours, checked what the "cake/eating/playing" plan would be, and even suggested great photo opportunities. I was "SUPER" impressed.

OPTIONS: Five incredible party theme rooms; complete with original artwork and lots of three-dimensional features. Themes include Frozen, Dinosaur, Knights & Dragons, Princess, and Jungle. Add this to your SEVEN party package choices, and your options are endless. Party Bookings Available from just $150 for eight children, at the time of publication. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free food options were available at the time this review was published.

The SuperZu play structures include three climbing levels that peak at 6.3m high. Over one kilometre of trails, tunnels, tubes and caverns are yours to explore, including an indoor "cave climbing room". The bigger structures are connected by tunnels and tubes, creating a Zu-rrific adventure playground.

My son and his friends repeatedly scaled the 4.5m high volcano, avoiding the "hot lava" and scaling to the top to slide down the super speedy slide.

Want tubes? The Tubby Slide is a giant tube slide, on a 4.2m high platform. Jump on the inflatable tube, and hold on tight, as you race down the 25 metre slide to the landing zone at the bottom. Ask the supervisor for an extra spin at the top and get a dizzying ride to the bottom; catch your balance before running to the trampoline zones!

Don't miss the African Safari car track, African animal rides (extra tokens required; included with some birthday packages), the "Creepy Climber" mesh climbing level tower, and the eight-gun ball cannon air gun zone; the kids can stay all day if you like (but you may be asked to find a new table so that reservations can be held for the next party booking).

Happy Birthday to your little one; you won't regret booking a party at SuperZu! Don't forget your socks!

What a great idea. My gradchildren have had parties at indoor football but this trumps that hands down.
