Mothers' groups discounts and early bird pricing
Where will the kids start? The indoor cave climb? The volcano? As a Mum, I love setting aside 20-30 minutes to run around and get my heart rate up too while I'm at SuperZu; the kids love it, of course, and what a fun way to get in some movement for the day.
The SuperZu play structures include three climbing levels that peak at 6.3m high (mostly grown-up friendly too!). Over one kilometer of trails, tunnels, tubes and caverns are yours and your child(ren)'s to explore. All of the big attractions are connected by endless tunnels and tubes, creating a fantastic adventure playground to play "tiggy" and "hide-and-seek".
The Under 4's toddler area is enclosed by a safety gate, but be wary as I have seen many an unaware caregiver allow children other than their own to come in and out at will. The balloon chamber has come under some criticism, due to the safety concerns associated with younger toddlers and balloons. Frankly it's one of my kids' favourite aspects of this play centre; but due diligence is required, especially for under-ones, as it is possible for balloons to burst when bitten and for burst balloon bits to be picked up. The manager has noted that they are pursuing a suitable substitute for balloons that will work in the air chamber.
The menu items are plentiful with vegetarian and gluten free options available. Free jugs of water are on offer, and great prices on icy poles, kids' meal deals, and sweets. Note that on busier days, you may be waiting in line to order, then waiting again up to thirty minutes for your food, even for simple orders; hopefully the efficiency will pick up as the teams gel a bit. The food, however, is worth the wait; it is higher quality food than any play centre I've been to.
The SuperZu toddler area offers the balloon air chamber as mentioned, an air ball area and large ball pit, climbing structures and slides, ride on rockers, large "Lego" style blocks for construction, and educational interactive wall games.
The toddler play area is surrounded by cafe tables and chairs, so you can keep a watchful eye over your child(ren) as they play. SuperZu also has a separate parents' room, complete with comfortable armchairs and magazines, a microwave, sink, two baby change tables, and large windows to view the play area. Check at the front for the password to the free wifi; it's always been "zuluzara" when I have been there, but may change.
All Day Play- Entry 2 years old and up: $18 1-2 years old: $10
<12 months old: FREE Second child 2 years and older, same family: $15

Obviously the best deal would be to get there before 9:30am on a weekday; still, some substantial savings to be had with booking a Mothers' Group gathering. You're in the know just in time to schedule your monthly Mothers' Group get-togethers for the year. Keep up on the SuperZu Facebook Page, as special events and some of these discounts are not listed on the website, and are not published elsewhere.
