Here's an early Christmas present from the Logan City Council Libraries. They have organised for Lee Holmes, the bestselling author of the Supercharged Food series of dietary and recipe books, to pass on some important advice on how you can host some fantastic Supercharged Celebrations this Christmas.

One session with Lee will set you on the course for continued health and present you with the opportunity to learn how to make it through all your Christmas festivities while maintaining your weight as you keep your gut healthy.
Lee will be presenting her magic at two of the libraries on the same day – Thursday, 15 November 2018. The libraries and presentation times are:
Logan Hyperdome Library, 66 - 70 Mandew Street, Shailer Park (Phone: 3412 4120) from 10.00am to 11am; and
Logan West Library, 69 Grand Plaza Drive, Browns Plains (Phone: 3412 4160) from 6.00pm to 7pm.
