Opened by the owners of Ban Ban, Super Egg in Adelaide Central Plaza specialises in offering various varieties of Korean street toast, also known by its Korean name of gilgeori toast. Aside from Korean street toast, some of Ban Ban's Korean Fried Chicken dishes can also be ordered, starting from 11am.
Super Egg's Korean street toast consists of thick-cut brioche toast slices filled with your desired fillings and is big enough to serve as a filling meal. The scrambled egg that is a key feature of their sandwiches was light and fluffy and the quantity was sufficient to make eating the sandwich a satisfying experience. All their sandwiches include lettuce and coleslaw to provide freshness and crunch to the dish. In addition to the scrambled egg, their Super Egg Sandwich also had a topping of egg salad.

Leaning towards something that Australians are more familiar with, the bacon in the Double Bacon Avo Sandwich was cooked perfectly and imparted a delectable smoky flavour to the sandwich. A topping of avocado complemented the bacon nicely and a drizzling of Japanese mayonnaise completed the sandwich.

For something a bit different to enjoy with your sandwiches, there is the Nitro Cold Brew Coffee. It is so-called because the drink is prepared by charging cold brew coffee with nitrogen gas, which gives the coffee a nice topping of foam. The taste was not too bitter and the consistency is lighter than regular coffee. It is a good choice for those looking for something cold to drink on a hot day.

The décor gave the outlet a modern feel and customers have the choice of seating within the café itself or at the seats in Adelaide Central Plaza food court. Its location makes it convenient for visitors to Rundle Mall who are looking for something unique to enjoy for breakfast or lunch.
