This interactive multidisciplinary workshop will be focussed on stress and tension relief, specialised psoas muscle releases for a problem back (as taught by international trainer Liz Koch), strength enhancing routines (vinyasa), based on slow, soft and gentle practices.
There is nothing more infectious than a calm and quiet mind, an open and flexible body, a strong and grounded feeling of connection. Lyn calls it bliss! After five decades of self- practice and three decades of teaching she knows firsthand that the slow, soft and gentle Sunshine Yoga approach delivers incredibly deep and long lasting results in one's body, mind and soul.
You can expect a variety of practices which include: breathing techniques and pranayama, psoas muscle and joint release routine, guided relaxation and meditation, qi gong, energisation exercises, yoga routine with affirmations (Paramahansa Yogananda's yoga style), plus instinctive additions throughout the day.
Lyn has been presenting Sunshine Yoga Time Out Days for 20 years and by far they are the most popular event she offers. The day is not limited to long standing yoga students but also to beginners. If you have not practiced yoga before and wish to experience this ancient art form, you are most welcome to attend as Lyn's style adapts beautifully to beginners. You will feel very safe and Lyn loves nothing more than to introduce Sunshine Yoga to you.
