Impromptu adventuring, exploring our backyard and then putting pen to paper, hoping to entice you to try one, if not all, of our escapades, is my true reward!

The inaugural Sunshine Sounds Festival is happening over the Labor Day weekend

Sunshine Sounds Festival has risen like a phoenix from the ashes. Against the backdrop of the Covid world, Sunshine Sounds has taken the opportunity to acknowledge homegrown artistry on Gubbi Gubbi Country. Presented by Kin Music, the Sunshine Sounds Festival is an all-ages music festival, boasting a host of incredible First Nations and Sunshine Coast artists.

Gathering through the love of music is wonderful for the soul, the community spirit and connection. It once again allows artists the opportunity to perform together, earn some much needed 'dosh' and remember what it feels like to play live again to an audience.

So who's playing, what day and what time?

The nitty-gritty of who's playing and when

With music on from 11.00am to 10.00pm each day - gates open at 10.00am - and plenty of local food and drinks available on-site, it's going to be an exciting weekend.
