It's been much too long between markets, so it's pretty exciting to know that a new summer market is on the horizon for Perth. What better way to spend sunny Sundays than with some family-friendly markets in beautiful Perry Lakes?
Hosted by Big Kid Events, the Sunshine Markets at Perry Lakes (Floreat) will be held on the first Sunday of the month (except November when it's the second Sunday – just to keep you on your toes!) between October and April from 11am to 4pm.

In addition to the upmarket and unique market stalls, there will be a huge Family Fun Zone with unlimited 'bounces', a silent disco, surf rider, axe throwing (wait, what?), golf target practice and basketball connect four.
And just in case that didn't sound like enough reasons to get out of the house, there will also be a 'Street Eats' food court with some of Perth's best multi-cultural food trucks, live music and kids craft zone.
Each month there were will be a special theme to the markets starting with the opening event on October 4th, dedicated to local artisans and small business owners.
