Did you know there are twenty-four locations around the Sunshine Coast with Council decorated trees, all adding Christmas festivities to our local communities. Whilst most of these trees may not be actual fir or conifer trees - a Norfolk or Bunya Pine comes a close second - these stunningly decorated trees all add a touch of colour and festive glitz to local parks.

All Council decorated trees utilise LED lighting, aligning with Council's commitment to sustainability. The majority of these trees will be illuminated from 1 December but visitors are assured that all the trees will be 'alight' by the 10 December.

If you're looking for something unusual to do with the children, why not pack a picnic hamper and venture out in the evening to explore the multitude of community Christmas Trees that the Sunshine Coast Council have very generously decorated for the 2021 Christmas season - they truly are spectacular!
