Before the onset of the Easter school holidays, let's get hot and silly with some chilli and heat the Sunshine Coast up for the most dynamic event of the year … the launching of the very first Sunshine Coast Chilli Festival and the 33rd Annual Great Australian Dunny Race .

What to expect at the Sunshine Coast Chilli Festival -




Organise your sauciest buddies and family members, the ones that love to laugh, eat, sweat, race, shop and smile with you, for the most sensational day of the year, celebrating the spiciest fruit of life, the chilli. Visitors will get to meet the makers, as well as support small businesses, with more than three hundred different chilli sauces, to sample and shop.



Great Australian Dunny Race

For an event so HOT, it's sure to give you the 'runs'! Keen dunny racers have the chance to be 'flushed' with success and crowned King of the Throne and be in the 'running' for a grand prize of $5,000.
