Have you heard of Emma Donovan and the PutBacks
This evening Emma Donovan and the PutBacks are the feature musicians to see at Sunset Sounds (in the City of Stonnington) at Central Park, Malvern amidst shady weeping trees, and plenty of picnickers.

This outdoor concert is the second of three concerts being held throughout January by the City of Stonnington.

There will be some food trucks on site. At the concert featuring The Audreys last Sunday there was three choices. If you prefer, you can carry a prepared picnic with you. Don't forget the picnic blanket, and some company to share this lovely balmy evening with.

Not sure of the status for bringing glass bottles and BYO booze, though last week there were a number of picnickers enjoying a tipple from glass bottles, so it may be okay, though I recommend clarifying this if you are able, and best to be considerate of others attending and dispose of rubbish thoughtfully in provided bins.

The crowd gathers quite quickly, so the earlier you arrive, the better chance you have of choosing a spot of lushness just for you and yours. Please allow plenty of time to find a parking spot nearby. We arrived near the venue at 5:15pm last Sunday, and found this enabled us to carry our gear, and settle in prior to the start of the concert!

Concert kicks off around 6pm, and goes through until 8pm
