Head Chef Jeff Trotter (ex Royal Mail Dunkeld) is presenting an 'artistically crafted 5 course dinner' for all Melbourne foodies to enjoy on Tuesday 27th of May, 2014.

Entitled 'Sunset Private Dining' this special dining event will be held from 7pm in the stunning location of The Emerson Club Rootop.

Overlooking Melbourne's starlit skyline, guests will enjoy a delectable series of dishes, showcasing the very best market-fresh seasonal ingredients. Each dish will also be expertly matched with a variety of Mitchelton Wines as well.
