The Sunset Drive-in Ku-ring is bringing that big-screen movie magic back! The classic drive-in will be opening its gates at St Ives Showground from 28th October for 6 jam-packed weeks. Tickets are on sale and selling fast!

Inherently COVID safe and with a proven track record, Sunset Drive-in is excited to welcome all patrons meeting the NSW health orders on vaccination to their events and in solidarity with the community, employing local event staff and onsite contractors who have also stepped up to get the jab.

Make the most of the new freedoms and revel in socialising with friends and family from the comfort of your own car bubble!

Opening weekend kicks off with two classic Halloween flicks - the delightfully wicked Hocus Pocus on Saturday night and beware saying his name three times, Beetlejuice will round off your spooky Sunday. Don't worry that you can't trick or treat this year, don your devil horns and vampire teeth for a chance to win prizes for the creepiest Halloween costumes!

Then every Wednesday to Sunday (until December 4) you can enjoy a stellar program of nostalgic classics, family films and the latest blockbuster releases! Highlights include the long-awaited epic The Last Duel, new comedy Free Guy, animated adventure Ron's Gone Wrong and Marvel's latest action Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings! In true drive-in style, the 2021 program also includes classics such as Grease, Dirty Dancing and The Greatest Showman.

Stock up on all your fave movie snacks including Sunset's famous freshly popped popcorn. Plus Caminito Food Truck will be on-site each night, serving up mouthwatering burgers!

To satisfy your sweet tooth, try the scrumptious signature loaded churros from Bar Coco.

And to celebrate the end of sober October, Big Drop Brewing Co is partnering with Sunset Drive-In and serving up their refreshing range of alcohol-free craft beers. Look out for the chance to get your lips around some full-flavoured samples with tastings on-site on most Fridays!

Gates open at 6:30 pm with the movie starting at last light - around 8:30 pm. The full program is up on the website now, so try not to deliberate for too long, this popular event sold out most sessions last year and tickets are expected to be snapped up fast!
