Chill out Sundays with live music, food & bar service
For those who work during the week, chilling out on weekends and especially Sundays is a way to rejuvenate the body and mind for the coming week. Sometimes chilling out at home is not an option, so the next best thing is to get out an about at your favourite bar for a family fun-filled afternoon of good food, music and kid's activities.
Every Sunday afternoon at the Hundred Acre Bar at the St. Lucia Golf Links, Carawa Street, St Lucia, you and your family are invited to chill out and relax from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. While the adults catch up on news, the children are well supervised in the putting green competition from 3.00 to 4.30pm. A golf simulation competition starts from 4.00 to 5.00pm with each entrant getting two shots. The nearest to the pin wins.

Hillstone St Lucia and the Hundred Acre Bar is situated on the foundations of a very old house call Hillstone, which was built by William Dart, a wheelwright and coachbuilder. Dart migrated to Australia in the 1850s and started growing cotton and bananas.
A grand house was built for his wife and eight children, which later become the first clubhouse for the Indooroopilly Golf Club. This and Hillstone's Mango Tree are now heritage listed and make an iconic centrepiece for all those attending a Hillstone event. After the Indooroopilly Golf Club moved to Long Pocket, the area become known as St Lucia Golf Links.
