Following a sell-out event last year, The Sheaf's Veuve Cliquot Champagne Brunch is back, more stylish and sophisticated than ever.On 26th March from 10am, The Sheaf's Garden Bar will come alive with autumn buzz as this iconic Double Bay destination teams with Veuve Clicquot and Belvedere Vodka to present a morning of delicious drinks, fine food and fun.A spectacularly styled food spread curated by Head Chef Sam Brading will feature the best of The Sheaf's new seasonal menu. With an even wider selection than last year, the spread will include a charcuterie and cheese station, oyster station, muesli station, flat breads with assorted toppings, large communal salads, crab sliders, Yellowfin tuna, Yamba prawn tea sandwiches, pastries & sweets and more.
A 'build-your-own' Bloody Mary bar featuring a range of unconventional garnishes such as deep fried jalapeno poppers, bacon and prawns will allow guests to build their own Belvedere cocktail as traditionally or as lavishly as they desire.With live music setting the tone in the garden bar from 10am, it's the perfect way to spend an autumn weekend with friends. 'Sydney-siders have embraced the Sunday brunch experience, with many choosing to make the most of beautiful warm weather rather than whiling away days on the couch,' said Jess Cadigan, General Manager of The Sheaf.The price of a ticket includes a flute of Veuve Clicquot or Belvedere Vodka Bloody Mary upon arrival with further drinks discounted thereafter, unlimited access to the delicious food spread and a complimentary Veuve Clicquot goodie bag.
