There will be so much to see and do at this festival
Every year, the City of Stirling provides and supports a range of arts and events for the community. Their vision is to showcase and enjoy the unique lifestyle and diversity of the City through a range of free and low-cost events and activities that celebrate our art, music, culture and heritage.

There will be 19 days of free and affordable entertainment at this Festival and this is the tenth year that it has been held.

The buildings of Perth, as well as the parks, will turn into pop-up venues, "creative spaces", and hubs of activity from mid-January 2018 to 11th February 2018.

There will be heaps of shows (as usual!) at the Sunset Veranda, and this will be world class entertainment which will include an assortment of Fringe World shows.

Some of the Events/entertainment on offer will include:

This is to commemorate the 10 years that this festival has been running, and the Summerset Festival will launch with a free community event - Seaside Spectacular.

Here you will see incredible aerial acrobats, enchanting lolly pop lyras, mermaids, and more. This will all take over the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre for an evening of family-friendly fun!

You can have a meal and/or drink at any of the cafes, restaurants and bars in this area, or you can bring your own picnic overlooking the water. This is an event for all ages and includes circus, music, and kids events.

As the sun sets slowly over the water, you can watch the magic and wonder of this event, where international jazz harpist, Michelle Smith will be playing for your enjoyment.

Scarborough is being virtually re-built with huge alterations that have been going on for some time, and are now almost at an end, and to celebrate this, the Scarborough Beach Association (SBA) welcome the people of Perth back to this iconic area with the launch of the weekly (Thursday night) Scarborough Sunset Markets.

These will be held in the Scarborough Beach Amphitheatre, and there will be live music, pop-up stores, artists, food and more.

Our society is very tech savvy, and there are more photos being taken now than ever before. There must be thousands of photos in people's handbags or pockets at any given time and people can capture fragments or moments of beauty.

Join us at the Art Space Collective to look into these fragments - anonymous snippets of different realities! There will also be a Vietnamese food truck so you can grab a bite to eat as you stroll through this unusual photographic exhibition.

This is sure to be an interesting exhibition

The Summerset Concert returns to Stirling Civic Gardens in 2018, saying farewell to this amazing festival with fabulous music and food. Harts will be back this year to headline the epic concert.

Harts has jammed with such greats as the late Prince and has released an album named 'Smoke Fire Hope Desire', and he is a "multi-instrumentalist mastermind".
