Celebrity chef Manu Feildel will be cooking up a storm on Saturday 15th November at Highpoint Shopping Centre.
Join Manu for a series of exclusive masterclasses in which he will be making his favourite dishes for the summer, giving everyone a chance to learn how he prepares and cooks these great recipes to perfection, and you get to taste the final product!
Manu will prepare three absolutely delicious pork dishes for this summer and Xmas, including: Pork Paupiettes, Roast Striploin with Fennel and a Christmas Pork Wellington stuffed with Cranberry & Apricots.
Not only will you discover and taste some great new summer recipes, you'll learn how to best prepare and cook pork in different ways, find out which pork cuts are best suited for different types of cooking and learn some of Manu's secret tips and tricks for getting the best out of your pork cut.
Manu will also be signing copies of his new book, French for Everyone.

The demonstrations will be held outside Rainbow Meats, Fresh Food Mall, Level 2 at 11am, 12pm & 1pm.
